Mosaic is an innovative trio performing a blend of 'contemporary jazz' mixed with many musical influences in their own unique style. This CD is filled with Latin-tinged grooves, funky bass, and understated but impressive guitar work. The music on this disc ranges from mellow and ethereal to funky R&B with a healthy dose of Latin-jazz mixed in. The group consists of three seasoned musicians who have played in the New England music scene for many years. Rick Handville plays nylon and steel string acoustic guitars, Frank Giguere plays drums and percussion, and Jim LaMontagne plays fretted and fretless basses.back to top
