And The Kids plays what they call accessible unconscious existential indie glitter popsicle crisis music. You’ll recognize it as pure, passionate and fresh alternative rock. The three-woman powerhouse has been packing the sidewalks and clubs from Northampton, MA to Boston to New York City with their fierce infectious harmonies, tight and unique grooves and songwriting that has the ability to reach down and tug at the truths of their generation and beyond. The ladies were barely out of high school when they met at the Institute for the Musical Arts (IMA) in Goshen, MA, a women’s recording and sound engineering program.
