An old Swedish guy, dressed like a farmer from rural Mississippi: Seasick Steve plays the blues, and he does it so well. He sounds real, and he probably is. Steve does not play the usual blues-festival routine. He's big business, he's on a major label although his music sounds rather primitive. He could well have been from the Delta. Toxic blues by an old man, made for the 21st century.
