Imperception is The Rockets' seventh studio album, released in 1984, and marks a radical turning point in the group's career, as it is the first LP recorded without Christian LeBartz - replaced by the Englishman Sal Solo. For the first time the group is no longer silver and as a quartet, while maintaining the classic "shaved". it is also the last album in which Alain Groetzinger participated, GĂ©rard L'Her, who until then had a fundamental role as bassist, singer, author of almost all the lyrics and main composer together with Alain Maratrat.
