The album was banned in Germany (censored versions were not available, but the ban was revoked in June 2006) and other countries because of the extreme nature of the lyrics. This album has stronger influences of thrash metal than their future releases, as well as a slightly varied vocal style. Their trademark style wasn't present until their following release Butchered at Birth.
